Bonus Credit Terms and Conditions

By participating in this promotional offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Welcome Bonus

Upon successful completion of the registration process on the YAY Portal, each new user will receive a one-time welcome bonus of 100 AED, credited directly to their YAY Wallet.

2. Daily Bonus Opportunity

Users are eligible to earn an additional 5 AED per day by viewing designated in-app advertisements.

  • This daily bonus is available until the official launch date of the YAY Portal.
  • The official launch date will be announced via the YAY Portal and our official communication channels.
  • The bonus is credited immediately to the user's YAY Wallet upon successful viewing of the full advertisement.
  • Users can track their bonus credit balance and expiry dates within their Wallet section.

3. Credit Usage

All promotional credits (including welcome and daily bonuses) will be added to the user's wallet balance and may be used exclusively to book instant rides through the YAY Portal.

4. Usage Limitations

When booking a ride, users may use bonus credits to cover up to 20% of the total trip fare, excluding taxes, surcharges, and additional fees.

  • The remaining amount must be paid using the user's standard wallet balance or another accepted payment method.

5. Credit Expiry

All bonus credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.

  • Expired credits will be automatically removed from the wallet.
  • No extensions or reactivations will be granted under any circumstances.

6. Non-Transferability and No Cash Value

  • Bonus credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They are intended solely for in-app use within the YAY Portal ecosystem.

7. Technical Issues

YAY shall not be held responsible for technical errors, network issues, or delays that may affect the delivery or visibility of bonus credits. In such cases, users are encouraged to contact support through the Help Center in the app.

8. Modification and Termination

YAY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer, or amend its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  • Any misuse of the offer, fraud, or breach of these terms may result in loss of credits, restriction of wallet access, and/or account suspension.
